Please note that TBM is no longer offering part-time programs starting June 2022, only 5 days a week program.
Now that you have made the decision that TBM would be a good fit for your child and family, we have made the registration process as safe, easy and quick as possible for our families.
5 EASY STEPS!
Step 1: Fill the ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM
Step 2: Wait for the "Welcome to TBM" welcome email.
We typically send out "Welcome" emails within 24-72 hours of receiving registration forms. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folders before contacting us to advise us that you did not receive an email after 72 hours.
Step 3: Return any additional forms/documents as required in your "Welcome to TBM" email.
Depending on your child's needs (allergies, medical condition, etc.) you may be asked to fill out additional forms.
During our summer program (July and August) you will be required to fill out an additional form.
Step 4: Send your child's immunization records.
If you haven't submitted your child's immunization records in the previous steps, don't forget to send it to us. We accept PDF documents or JPEG photos of the document. Please make sure the document is clear and readable. Send it here: email@example.com (don't forget to tell us your child's name if it doesn't appear on the document).
Step 5: Get ready!
Now start getting ready, gather the items your child will need. You will also receive an invitation email to sign up on our online payment portal called TUIO. We will set up your account about 1-2 weeks before your child's start date. An email will be automatically sent to you with instructions on how to make an account and have access to your child's monthly invoices, etc. Invoices are due on the first of the month.
*Subsidy: If you receive a partial subsidy and you are required to pay a portion of the tuition, we will invoice you at the END of the month instead of the 1st monthly.
If you receive a full subsidy, you will NOT have to register on Tuio.

ONLINE REGISTRATION PACKAGE
When you are ready to register your child in one of our programs, simply fill out the online registration form and submit it to us. The start date must be within 2 months of the application date. We will contact you within 1-3 business days once we receive the form to confirm your child's start date.
Upon registration, parents must read and sign the last page of the parent handbook. Please make sure to do this and submit the last page to the school.
More than one child
We understand how financially taxing childcare can be on the family budget. If you have more than one child and do not qualify for a subsidy, we offer a sibling discount.
First child-Regular tuition price
Second child-15% discount
Third child-30% discount
Fourth child and up-40% discount
Sign up for a subsidy
Trillium Bilingual Montessori partners with the Region of Waterloo Child Care and Early Learning Services to offer parent a chance to obtain financial assistance through the Region of Waterloo's Child Care Subsidy program.
Parents must apply through the Region of Waterloo website directly.
Save $100 on Next Month's Tuition
The best compliment our parents can give us is the referral of a new family. We value the trust and confidence you place in us daily. This is why we want to reward you and your referral with a tuition discount. Yes, you will both get a $100 credit towards your tuition fees! You can save $100 with every referral after one month of enrollment. New enrollee must attend a minimum of 3 days/week for a month before the credit is applied.
